HOT DIPPED GALVANIZED SCAFFOLD TUBES

The Scaffold Tubes conform to EN39, EN10219 or other standards. The standard size of the outer diameter is 48.30 mm and the tubes are available in wall thicknesses of 3.20 mm (Type 3) and 4.00 mm (Type 4).
The grades of the steel used in the production of the tubes are S235, S275, S355 and higher. The tubes are available in mill-finish (no coating), painted finish, and in hot dipped galvanized finish.

COATING AND EMBOSSING
The galvanization microns are in every case above 60, above and beyond what the standards specify.
The tubes have their corresponding standard embossed on them with a depth of 0.20mm (prior to coating) at every running meter along with other production details.
